Stats Looking For:

Attack - 40 .. 38 Lowest, NO Higher.
Strength - 50 Or Higher.
Defence - 1 .. NO Higher.

Mage - Doesn't Matter.
Range - Doesn't Matter.
Prayer - 1/25/31 .. Please No Where In Between, Within 1 Level Is Good!

Must NEVER have been a member, and NO Recovs set.

I will spend around 2M, maybe 3M if its high enough.

I WILL NOT GO FIRST! OFFICIAL MM OR YOU GO FIRST!
(I was scammed about 1.5M for going first a few days ago.)

How about a 40 att, 50 str?
I have a pure 50 str, and I was thinking about raising it's attack.
I can have it's attack up by tomorrow.
