How many rest days a week do you all get?

Absolutely none, I have each and everyday something going on, normally go to the gym 5x a week, along with walking for an hour everyday after work, do HIIT cardio most days after gym as well, I also have 4 hockey practices per week + 4 as well for floorball, so sometimes I do 3 to 4 different activities on a regular day. I can eat around 4000 calories a day while cutting.

 

1-2, depends on how I'm feeling.

 

You don't really need rest days. But if you really get tired. 2 days it good. I just use creatine and power through it

 

5 days a week

 

I'd say 2-3 rest days a week is the most ideal to prevent any sort of injuries from occurring, and give your muscles more rest.

 

I'm on a PPL so 1 rest day a week.

 

2 days for the body to be good

 

i get 7

 

I use no days off I just keep the grind going.

 

i get 7 since exams over n its summer break

 

usually 1-2, all depends if you go full workout mode or have different days.

 

I rest once a week, and on that day it is usually cardio to keep the blood flowing.

tbh depends on my life... I have sometimes a work that asks me to be awake 24H straight, and I cant workout before to assume the day and night coming, nor the day after because I'm literally KO and I have to recover.
A part of that, I try to train 5 days a week

 

no days off, however 2 out of 7 days are mainly cardio from sports and also some core training.

 

2 days off usually.
Up to 4 on the lazy weeks.
