TreeGP Employee Charged Back - They refuse to refund immediately.

Back in June I sold some gp to TreeGP and today they charged back. I went into their livechat and asked them what it was about, they admitted to charging back and said it was an ex-employee that did it and they're not at fault. Although obviously they are since he worked and represented them. Anyway, they tell me to dispute it (which is a complete waste of time since pp buyer protection does not cover virtual goods) and if the dispute fails then they'll refund me. However, disputes can take up to 30 days and my PP balance is negative because of TreeGP and I can't access any of my funds because of this (I sold gp just after they charged back without knowing they had). I called PayPal customer service by phone and they said that my dispute will be decline as for reasons stated above. I went back into TreeGP livechat and they still refuse to pay me.

I already did and I contacted PayPal and they told me it's been declined because they do not offer protection for virtual goods. So I need to be refunded because I sold gp just before becoming aware of this charge back and now I can't access that money because I'm in negative balance. I've been in their live chat for hours on end trying to reason with them but they just keep beating around the bush or ignoring me. This post was sort of a last-resort because I don't believe they are going to pay me back.

 

Can you provide proof that it's been declined already?

 

It was a phone call I had with an employee at PayPal, so no. They told me it will be indefinitely be declined based off it being a transaction for virtual goods, no form of agreement signed and no screenshots of shipping details or in this case the trade. Also, I shouldn't have to wait 30 days for them to give me my money back. They are preventing me from accessing the money I just had put into my account because this charge back has left my balance negative and is jeopardizing the integrity of my entire account. TreeGP refuse to take responsibility and won't repay me.

 

They will repay you once the payment has been fully declined. It would be silly for them to pay you and then for you to win the dispute getting 2 lots of payment.

 

I cannot wait up to 30 days for my money back, and it's already been declined. You just have to look into PayPal's terms and conditions to see their Seller/Buyer protection does not cover virtual goods. Also, I cannot access money in my account because of TreeGP directly. I am being negatively effected by these scum bags and nothing is even being done about it.

 

I understand your frustration but I work for a gold site and we win at least 90% of our virtual goods cases. So; there is a chance if you put all evidence forward that you could win and I'm sure TreeGP can work something out with you to compensate for the issues/problems.

I've been speaking to their live chat representatives and they're just making me jump through hoops for this $20, it's almost like they want me to just forget about it. They have no intention of paying me back the money they've scammed...

Mods, I can provide proof that this is Jake who is indeed the owner of TreeGP. I do not feel like getting a 1 month ban for this shit so please do let me know if you'd like to see it.

@random444444 @Magician12 I would suggest for you to wait for Jake to wake up in order to receive a refund for this situation.

 

Emile messaged me saying all cases were closed, i asked @Magician12 to please screenshare with me today so i can verify it was closed because i had never seen a chargeback get opened and closed within 2 hours and i had a feeling he edited the text in that e-mail.

If any mod can have him screenshare verifying the case is closed, in emiles favor, i'll happily send him the due debt, as well as any of the other chargebacks that are going to occur via emile

I'm not going to screenshare anything with you scammers, there is absolutely no way you're seeing any of my personal details and you're most definitely not getting my Skype. Pay me back like you've been told to.
