Scammed for 60m by 'Monoxin'

Explanation of the trade: I would buy an OSRS account that he was selling.
How they scammed: He simply recovered the account, changed the password and retook ownership.

After logging into the account on the Jagex website, changing the email, password and setting up 2fa. I traded him the agreed upon 60m, then I began playing on the account.
