Requesting 2FA Removal.

When requesting a 2FA removal, please note the administrative team needs proof of two or more of the following things:

• Post from a home IP I'm posting from my home IP where I Live
• Recovery phone number [redacted]
  
• Provide current e-mail address [redacted] the email address used to create/ that the sythe account is linked to is [redacted] I have acess to this email and I can post it.

Also look into this to verify I am who I say I am.Rivenstarz requesting a pardon @Shin

check the email addresses ive used they will also confirm my skype is the one given, this can be traced back to my first account, "volcanic Rox"

• Skype/Discord used in the past or present [redacted]
• If you have donated directly through PayPal
  • Transaction date and amount
  • PayPal email

Ive tried to add you on both discord/skype so I can discus this with you as I'm the owner of the account rivenstarz If theres anything else or any other information or proof just ask and I can provide it.
Failure to provide aforementioned details when requesting 2FA removal may result in a delay.

If you do not possess any of these, then you MUST prove without a reasonable doubt that you are the true owner of your account. If you are unable to do this your 2FA will NOT be removed.

 

You're using a static IP opposed to a dynamic IP at the moment. Recovery phone does not necessarily equate to that which is used for 2FA.

Just got home for work or I would or replied sooner.

I'm not that into technical stuff so you'd have to treat me like a dummy.

Assuming you cant see my dynamic ip because ive a proxy active,

Ive just turned off my proxy and ive reloaded my browser and now hopefully you get my home IP address.

If that's not working can you explain to me how to post from my Home ip address.

 

IP still static.

 

Went into my setting on my laptop to try and fix why its not showing me as a dynamic Ip

Hopefully Its correct now.

if not Il have to contact my Isp and ask them to resolve it.

I've disabled 2FA and sent a password reset to the e-mail listed on your account.

When logging in, please set a new, unique password and enable 2FA on your account.
