You need pictures, and also just a side note...you saying you will not recover doesn't really mean much to the buyer, because thousands of people have said that same thing before just to renig on there words and recover it anyways.

You will need to build some trust before anyone actually believes you.

Good-luck though, make sure to edit it with the pictures and edit it.
