Buying 1 Def Hybrid, 3m to spend -MUST HAVE QUESTS DONE-

Hey there, I'm looking to buy a 1 defense hybrid..

I have 3m to spend, and here are things that it must have in order for me to buy. Basically, I don't care about the stats besides the range mage + def.. I just don't have the tolerance to do quests

DT done
Lost City Done
MM Done
RFD up to Mith
Mage Arena

*MUST have these done. May be flexible with Lost City because it's easy..*

Stats:
?? Attk - I don't care
?? Str - I don't care
1 DEFENSE - ONLY 1. Don't like 1, or 2, or 3.
65+ range - I hate training Range
60+ mage - just a good start
1-52 Prayer - No higher then 52
