Users Scam report: Scammed 24m 07
Hello sythe Staff, I am in some need of HELP. I have a shop, an was selling for awhile.
I would sell 20B+ Loco PK Gold/items on a daily. Few people knew my in-game name, an one person had bought from me, an tried to blackmail me by asking for 10B or I would be banned in-game.
I had denied to give him 10B, and proceeded to make a new name.
Now Another Sythe user: Hisid1, tries to Blackmail me trying to get me banned so my shop was no longer available.
He had gave me 24M osrs gold, an i verified who he was on loco pk. I had dueled him, an went back to the bank to grab 3000K Platinum Tokens ( 3B ). I then gave it to him, an told him thank you.
Moment's later, he made a scam report saying he never received 3B, Basically trying to close down my shop. He had mentioned to me 2 days before he FINALLY bought gold, he did not have a sythe Account.
So he had made an Account instantly, an reported me. He has no vouches, an was a newcomer Account.
So in my eyes, he is a ban evader, an blackmailed me.
I was told to refund him 24M if I had no proof of giving him 3B loco pk.
Now.. I never record trades, because I have never had this problem, an have many screenshots i can provide of people giving me 75M+ OSRS gold at a time. This was the first accusation of someone reporting me for a situation that was false. He had no video footage, or anything of "Being Scammed.
I never scammed him, an have many vouches, an do bigger trades 3X then that Daily.
I'm mainly posting to Appeal my Ban. I was told to refund his 24M OSRS, an I can be unbanned, but in other words.. Refund him.. And not get my 3B loco Pk back. Makes no logical Sense?
Any Staff member, please give me your input an help me out here.

You can either provide proof that you gave him 3b or refund his 24m 07.

Other than that you will remain banned.

Come to find out, I had actually put both Transaction photos of the 3B onto my VPS, an realized i finally found the Pictures.
I was worried thinking i did not have the photos, & I found the Proof of the 3B Transaction.
When posting my Appeal, I did not realize I had to actually post proof. So what I did, is after every transaction I take photos of Some of them An Screenshots, For some reason.. Hisid1 was really Sketching me out, an that why I had took the photos Originally. He did mention he did not have a sythe Account. Based off what I am mentioning, You guys can see that he had just registered that Day he had reported me. Down below is both photos.
Glad to see, I had found them.

It looks like you're challenging someone called V I Klng not V I King, it looks like you gave the gold to the wrong user.

I paid Exactly who he asked me to, he even CONFIRMED via Skype, as I can take a screenshot.
Himself had confirmed to ME that I was in the trade with him Via Duel Arena.
I was asked to show proof of the Trade, after hours of Digging.. I found the only 2 Screenshots I had.
From my looks of this, I feel Hisid1 did this on purpose.. JUST to ruin my Market of Loco Pk Buying/Selling.

You'll have to pay the 07 back, as 1) he says he doesn't see the cash and 2) your screenshots don't show the correct username.

Please Murge Both Together.

I just would like to get this Ban out of the Way, he screwed me over.. An knew what he was doing. I am willing to pay to pay him another 24M that he wants. So if you can Confirm I will be unbanned, I will give him 24M OSRS Gold. I have tried to contact him over skype, there has been no replies.

Him and I both had touched Basis, and I just replied to his PM via Skype.
This whole thing has been really weird, so it seems to me.. Somebody knew him and I were selling gold, and made another Account like his, an I paid the Wrong person. ( Which Sucks ) .
I am willing to pay Him What he wants though, just to make things good with him. An to be un-banned.
I'm just waiting for another Reply from Him.

That dude Pascal aka: That dude is best friends with Staff, an ratted my buddy out for RWT'ing over 40B.
He got my buddy banned, and Then got me in the middle of it.. An almost got banned an wiped for what that dude said/did to me and my buddy. So i videoed my end, incase of anything. Did not get 10B from him, I was getting screenshots, usernames, Etc, an confirmation over skype.
