First and foremost I want to state that after reading what Sythe defines this appeal is and it states (this is an admission of guilt) I disagree. I am not guilty of "scamming". I did not intentionally scam. This was a big misunderstanding.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing in the past. I did post on the ban thread that this is my 10th sythe account just ban me. That's not true. I was frustrated that all the hard work I put in to get all these vouches and then I was being banned. I didn't know what to do and I was just trying to enjoy the July 4th. However, a week after the ban and I have created 2 more sythe accounts which have already been banned. I am just trying to move forward and conduct good clean business on sythe.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I rented my account out to Arjen the same way as I do everyone else. I collect payment for the rental service, provide the person with log in credentials, and then they verify whip charges and time starts. I told Arjen when he was renting that I was heading to the beach for the day (July 4th). I wasn't going to be on to return his deposit so we waived the deposit. During staking Arjen dc'd from the game. He was unable to log back in. After the hour time I reset the password. There was 100M on the account when I got home at the end of the day. I was already banned. I can prove I was at the beach all day with my family because I have IOS and they show time stamps of photos. I will gladly post those time stamps if necessary. If I hadn't been reported and banned when I got home and saw the money on the account I would've contacted the last person that rented from me and returned it. I have 2B+ I don't need 100M.

I have not refunded, but have contacted the person multiple times. He was last seen on Skype 6 Days ago.

I've PM'ed him as well, will give him 7 days to answer and if he doesn't we'll look at other options.

 

You have 48 hours to pay him back or else you're coming back with a TWC.

I've seen the chatlogs and you just flat out ignore him.
