Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

    The Bible - Genesis 1

As I am sure we all know, their is God, the 'Goodness' and the devil were 'evil' comes from.

Logically speaking, God created the Devil - As god was the first 'Thing' there before anything els, so God had to of made the devil they fore God cannot be all god.

Spoke to my teacher, apparently, the Devil is a fallen angel, which wanted to over-throw god - God allows millions to die, not every day but people die every-day. Now god is all-powerfull? Surely they could remove the Devil?

Yes they could - But logically speaking bad-things still happen so logicly the devil is still around.

They fore god isn't all good.

    God is allergic to evil.

That's why he got a restraining order against Satan.

You may have you belief in that, although, God created evil they fore, he created his worse enemy and has the power to do "Anything".

He could change the allergy agisnet evil and remove it completely from the world.

Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

Without his allergy to evil, he would not be all good.

And god not being good is like him not being worthy of worship at all.

Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

If god could not stop/go near/overcome evil then surely evil would over-come the world and the Devil would over-power God and change the way/world we live in.

God battles 'Evil' as it will state in the bible "The never ending battle between good and evil" is another quote.

My debate is, god created the devil.

I would love to debate that with you in another topic.

Anyways, the Devil is not a human (breathing like us) he is a spirit, that was once glorified by God. He's dead, and in hell. I don't see where you want to banish him to. The Devil controls Demons, who possess people, and do other crimes.

Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

God created the Devil. He is a fallen angel, he was never dead or alive, he's a spirit.

He wanted glory and power, and to use it for his own good, rather than the sake of the world's.

By taking away the Devil, we wouldn't have Free Will anymore. God gives us only the temptations we can resist, we just sometimes don't.

The devil, when first made was not evil. He swayed away from Jesus, and actually thought he was more powerful then Jesus. He was amazingly beautiful for the time.

Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

So good and evil are equal then?

Why would you choose God, if you knew that Satan was just as valid as an option? Satan can protect you from God's wrath, because apparently God just doesn't feel like destroying Satan.

I find the concept of the devil offensive - I can be evil on my own without a devil telling me to do so.

Where did the devil come from? The source of evil.

I believe that Lucifer, the fallen angel became Satan, as what we think of now, the devil, the beast living in hell. Well, that's the religious theory.
