Ive had all my stuff for about 5 years now and that curtain account the screenshot is taken on.

 

The reason people sell cheap items and give free Runescape accounts on Ebay is because Ebay does not support the trading of computer gaming accounts if the creator of the game does not support it. On Sythe there is no reason to sell anything but what you intend to sell.
