But if he did indeed scam this user/not give payment; why should he get unbanned?

Makes no since that someone should get unbanned just because some people pitch in for the fee's.

it seems like conman kinda had a last minute scam before he departed, and cleaned some guy out

i say look into that more, seems kinda biased.
needless to say, hes not getting shit from me.

 

Who are you guys to judge conman? He has done trades 5x bigger than 20m. He is at a massive loss right now. That 20m he owed he worked all week to get that money looking for sellers. I am definately going to be helping a good friend + community asset out.

Blam xtreme and Josh for speaking up, but they have a point. He is the second official MM to have this happen to him, and it's getting quite suspicious.

This is the EXACT same problem as Sythe had a few months ago, with all the official MM's suddenly getting "hacked" and then walking free.

For some miraculous reason, the hacking stopped dead in it's tracks once the new rule stating YOU are responsible for your MSN came out.

Now, with you all raising funds to unban hack victims it's no longer a threat to be banned after getting "hacked".

Simply put: Too soon, too easy, too suspicious.

Yes yes, I know. Conman is a good guy, and to be honest I respect him and seriously doubt he would scam anyone. Ever.
But you have to admit it isn't hard to understand why some people are raising eyebrows around here.

He just lost everything, he was going to leave anyway, and he gets hacked making a 20m victim. Now you're all nice in line paying his bills.

To those who don't know Conman, that just looks like a 1 + 1.
