These body cleaning methods are stupid and mentally taxing, just do what nature intended and consume a varied diet.

Had to google exactly what this was.
And I agree with holy cherrys. This can't be good for you with just water for so long. I'd don't think I can't do that personally.

You realise not fueling your body with no food that the weight you are losing is from your muscles right ?

waterfasting is literally malnutritioning yourself, keto only works if you're extremely on point with macros and know what you're doing. Traditional diets are always superior, just gotta stick to it. Interested in seeing gains though! Tag me when you post em

I finished my fast, I'm not going to do another extended fast again. I just wanted to jump start my weight loss. I'm going to be doing a 3 day fast on the 15th, and jump into keeto. I have my meal plans figured out and i'm also going to be doing p90.

Just wait i'll be TWICE AS PRETTY AS YOU. <3

Especially if you have a lot of weight to loose, just being in a hypocaloric tradional diet will be more efficient, less mentally challenging, healthier, youll focus more on the fat than the muscle, etc etc... Even keto is only for the pros or those who have a lot of experience in sport, diet, and perfectly know their body. Every other diet is either bullshit, and/or dangerous.
