Explain the service: Service for Range Training from 83 to 99 every 1 million exp I would pay 5m.

Proof that the service was not completed: Anything of value has been taken from the account along with untradables such as archers ring (i). This was account at start of service: Then I logged on and nothing today. I waited three days before logging on because I was told not to during the service.
