Dispute appeal Unban

Dear,

I'am appealing on sythe.org on my account ' JairvanKesteren'
I've been banned for 5 years. Reason that my sythe account got locked was;
I did virtual goods on a RSPS < Pre-EoC/07. Therefor one person charge back every penny on my paypal account. My Paypal account as well got frozen , because of it. I din't pay him the Gold in-game and that's why he reporter me. I believe it was a 50$ trade. I have no problems to refund the money back if that's needed, but seems quite odd to do so. I'am appealing after several years, returning and creating my own business again. Hopefully i can be accepted into the community.
