Dude gets the payment, stops responding, doesnt log in once, and starts ignoring me. When I say I'm gonna file a dispute on paypal, he says the order is "completed." I go onto my account and match history websites, and no games were played, as shown in the album. He hasn't responded after the last message. As he had me send the payment through friends and family, I'm gonna need to call the bank unless the mods can get him to refund.
