Help is kinda needed. <With sig>

Question. How do people change a link in there sig to a sentence that is 'clickable'. Sorry if i sound like a noob. Help would probably be appreciated.




Ex.

Link to my name shop (rofl in my sig. coincidence?)

"www.blahblah.blahblahblah.blahblahblah#^%$"

turns into

" Click here for my name shop "

and it directs you to the link.
