Do you HONESTLY believe in God?

I have no doubt you are probably more over qualified than me in the system , but can i ask you ? Were you taught the truth ?

I have no doubt you are a busy man , but if you can spare this video an hour of your time , you will see using science & logic that evolution is one big lie , which might get you to question some more ... The truth does hurt but you might thank this thread one day when God does something for you .

I actually grew up going to Catholic churches, Mormon churches, and Protestant Christian churches. Was baptized and lived with a Bishops family as they took care of me. And still attend these churches regularly.

I've read all of the bibles and religious text.

I've also spent a great deal of time studying buddhism and hinduism traveling abroad and spent a reasonable amount of my time abroad with families of those religions.

I don't have any preference towards any, and believe they all have an equal chance of being true right along the lines of theories that have scientific backgrounds for the creation of everything.

So, not sure what truth you are talking about. All of these religions and every single person in the world has their own idea's on what "The Truth" really is.

You may tell me that your beliefs are "The Truth" but that doesn't make it any more true than my friends in India that told me what their "Truth" is.

Religion is beautiful and it creates strict guidelines so that people can live lives that I believe are morally correct (No killing, stealing, murdering) and I believe they should all exist.

 

I have no doubts that you probably have done all of those amazing things .. it is because you are seeking for the truth .. If we go super science techy the amazing science & perfect electric circuitry of the brain alone , and the repeating code in your DNA that keeps repeating itself & this code is completely different in every single other piece of life form in the universe to work synchronized perfectly , repeatedly without fail if my opinion can only be created from a power much much larger than we could ever comprehend to imagine ...

 

We dont know how big is the Universe, we dont know if in a macro aspect a higher entity could have created us, but one thing im pretty sure, is that the architect dont gives a single fuck about the life, everything just happens as it mean to be.

 

Nope, believe there's an explanation behind everything. although i do not see any logic behind one man, one god, one something or someone being the cause.
build up of gasses creates a planet, atom's build items and materials, lifeforms etc.

By the way, nobody believes Darwin on doctrine alone. The nature of science is such that things are believed on EVIDENCE, and evidence supports evolution.

This is so completely wrong it's ridiculous. Have you never heard of a mutation? Down's syndrome? Literally any genetic disorder?

You cite your opinion, but why is your opinion worth anything? What field research have you done? What hard science can you cite? Please, provide us with actual data, not your opinions.

 

I was not really raised like that my parents weren't either to much but my grandparents were but never really knew them because they died when I was young and didn't reallt get any stories.
Even without being raised with it I dont really believe in a higher power. I feel like when you die, it's over. Like when you're asleep.

 

I do belive but I dont actualy practice my religion I think everyone should follow what they like to without being judge we in 2017 everything changes..

 

The World will be a better place when religion is phased out. How many scientific advances could have been made with the billions of dollars spent on religious institutions? I don't think religion belongs in the 21st Century.

Religion is definitely something I have "grown out of". Our generation I feel; like the previous is often born into families where you would follow your parents example and you'd follow their habits also. Which in many cases means you will follow their religious beliefs from a young age.

Yet I also feel we are one of the most psychologically independent generations and from a younger and younger age we are able to make our own decisions upon our beliefs and follow them without being influenced by others. We are no longer forced to believe or if we are, we don't take much notice aha.

Either way, we have a lot more time to think for our selves about what our beliefs are. Me personally, I'm unsure as to which one of the many labels I should use to describe my belief, yet:

I believe there may be something(s), but that for me isn't god.

no that's the problem, if someone else tells u about 'god', why would u care anymore than the person who discovered him?

 

Some people are more bothered about chasing virtual things or boosting their ego on social media , to have a relationship with the all mighty creator of our beautiful planet is something entirely different.
