I am looking for a trusted powerleveler (Only trusted), to get me a 99 in a skill. My budget is 100m, post below how much you could do a skill for to 99. You will keep all the gp you make off that skill as well, unless it's agility/farming to get the outfit for me.

I will be paying recurring payments, (ex: 10m every 1.3m xp).. Or possibly all at once if trusted enough.

Unless you hit the jackpot and find someone willing to work for pennies, you're not going to get any of them within a 100m budget, unfortunately. If anyone claims they'll do it for you, either:
1) Put the lottery on
2) They're going to bot
3) They're going to scam

Not trying be nasty with this, just letting me know you'll probably have to up your budget... Significantly!
