I agree, but he wants 40M for 94 magic. It cost to make with alching 14-15M.So I could pay him 20 - 25M.Cause 94 is not worth 40M.I will explain:

10k alches cost ~ 9M, after alching 10k you will lose ~ 1.3M and gain 650k magic xp. So to get 85 magic you need to alch 44K, its ~ 6M. 91 magic ~ 12M and 94 ~ 15M. 1K alching takes 1 hour.
