Report/post/reason that got you banned: Report Mercedes [live:mistrytee]

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: N/A

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: N/A

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was banned on May 10th (nearly 2 months now). I was selling an account to another user. I staked the money he traded me for the account before I had transferred full ownership of the account. After I had won the stake I went to transfer the email, but my email wouldn't let me in and so I couldn't. I told him this and refunded him on his request. I offered to give him the user and pass then, and that I give him the email the next day (when I got control of it). There seriously was no intent to scam or similar along that wave length. I WOULD have gotten the email to him the next day latest had I lost the stake either by performing a recovery on the account or appealing to Microsoft to get my email back.

I was initially given a TWC then given a ban following a staff decision. I staked the money with the consent of the buyer before transferring ownership. He didn't have an issue but that is because he was under the impression the deal would be finalised straight away, I was under the same impression too else I wouldn't have done that.

On my ban appeal I was told to be active on the forums to show I care for more than trading. I have remained active. I post infrequently because I don't shit post, but I do browse and see what is going on frequently. I was also suggested to wait another month before appealing. I am appealing early because I am confident the time out has given me a chance to reflect on my all previous problems I have encountred. I am ready to trade safely and now know what to do/avoid.
I admitted to having issues with gambling, but since have not gambled.

I want to be part of the active trading community, I have a lot to offer to the market. From the last 6-7 weeks out I have learnt a harsh lesson to always be careful and thorough when I trade. I will value using MM's and I will take precautionary steps i.e checking I have access to my emails prior to trades to ensure the community won't be put at risk. I am confident I have put an end to my gambling habit which had bred careless trading practices.

I believe I should be pardoned/forgiven for what I done and given a second chance to re-integrate/trade within this community. I have a clean rapport when it comes to account sales, with this being my first serious issue I have run into.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes

P.s I am sorry to any mod that I may have pissed off before by being childish

Unfortunately staff do not feel you are fit to rejoin the community at this time.

However, users who go to vote are automatically eligible for a DNT and it has been applied to your account

If you'd like to learn more about DNT, you can here: Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank
As a DNT you are free to post around the community sections, we encourage you to do so as people who have a DNT and are active in the community can pardon in 3 months and don't need to wait 6 months.
