Bad news for Inferno Cape services?

Looks like Jagex will enforce the no account sharing for Inferno Capes rule

Nah, Jagex only took action against a few people because people were complaining on reddit. There is a possibility that they lightly moderate capes in the coming weeks but after a while they won't waste their time.

 

Yeah its a bit dirty on jagex part, you can do fc yet they will be all nasty about infernos, kinda stupid tbh.

 

I can 100% assure that nobody would buy an inferno service that requires $2000 worth of gear on their account that they have to trust someone with

 

The people who are banned already have though?

 

It's very different trusting someone in your clan that you have known for years then trusting some random on a forum lol.

 

Hasn't someone already done it with with less than 300m 07 worth of gear? It was on Sythe and he was trying to sell the capes. I will see if I can find the thread.

honestly, i think this rule will always be enforced, even in coming years. Reason being, mod weath is one of those guys that REALLY loves his job, he loves banning rule breakers. Ya'll need to realize weath gets a kick out of this, and this ain't the same mods that didn't give a shit a couple years ago.

Yeah I heard some guy got banned permanently for like 2b in stuff on his accounts and he was maxed for doing something similar to this.

 

I doubt they will watch it very closely as time goes by.

 

Just give it a few months, I bet within 6 months or so, a lot of people will have the cape they will no longer investigate.

 

I doubt it, when fight caves was first released they said the same thing.. (everybody thought u need guthans)

 

It is so hard to believe that this job can be so loved. He wakes up every morning, open up his pc and ban thousand of bots ran by automated systems. He wakes up next day, bots are there again, he bans them again in an endless circle. The complexity and challenge of this job is somewhere around working in a Chinese tech company next to conveyor belt...
