Actually no its not spam, and your not a mod. Iv'e had previous encounters with him. I was going to cape for him if kabal didn't. But he chose to get one from kabal. So i was congradulating him on getting the cape.

Hey kabal, I just got scammed mate That t y l e r kid got a free firecape off of me -.- So pissed.. Not going to happen again. But iv'e got more than enuf proof to get him banned on sythe. Also i reported him on rs so he should get banned for real world item trading.
