You hack into a specific area on your computer where the RS data is saved when you log on then find someone wearing the item you want or that you own then find the code and enter it as many times as you want that item. Don't Question me.

RS is downloaded into your cache, but all character data and items are stored and retrieved from their server.

My opinion is this is just another person trying to fake hacking knowledge, he probably doesn't know the difference between client and serverside. Sure, try hack me if you can - my IP is dynamic.
