Reporting trucutru for scamming 0.1 BTC

Scammer's profile link: Trucutru
Explanation of the trade: 800M for 0.305 BTC or 0.91$/m which is a good rate.
How they scammed: well I break the trade into thre 0.1 BTC increments. As soon as I send money his internet breaks down. Few mins later he suggests I get his mule. Then reverts on the idea. I needed money so I push to do that. cutting 20 mins he changes password gives me account details. I log on there is nothing on the account.

My account is the pink one, it has 124m gp in the inventory, I bought in the morning i can get seller to vouch.
I logged in the same min as I got the details for the people who think i orchestrated something.

Edit: I can provide anymore screenshots needed, I have offered him a few cents over market rates in past and he cancelled the trade when I refused to go first, can provide ss. He offered me to take from 800m this time. That itself should have alerted me.

Edit: Posting all chat logs. He claimed to be on the location twice, once earlier, once right before he gave me details if I may add. I had a taker for 760M oldschool at that exact time, can provide details to a mod. The trade would have resulted in me profiting 120$ thus I was pushing for this trade. Here are the chat logs.
