The end of RS3?

RS3 is dead. I'm maxed with multiple 120s and I find myself bankstanding.

 

DMM > 07 > RS3

 

Start fresh in Old-school.

 

Both games are dying RS07 is doing better for now, but has barly any new players, most will quit in the next 5-10 years as they get older, and RS3 will die because its just a shitty game with built in micro transactions.

 

RS3 has been dead to me for a long time now. I hope oldschool doesn't go away any time soon.

 

Here is my 2 cents, i dont feel 12 anymore to play osrs with that ugly graphic and boring animations, cut a tree, cut an oak, cut a yew , same animation from lvl 1 to 200mill xp, rs3 seems more fun , has weekly events, minigames, its more social! I like it more and everyone their opinions Just dont talk something you dont like to be trash/garbage game.Both games are fine , play what you enjoy. Cheers ,)

 

RS is dead period both games it's just the rose tinted glasses + addictive grind that keeps people playing. If i started OSRS today i would laugh my head off at the lame gameplay/graphics but i decided to quit so i'm pretty biased.

 

In my own opinion both games are dieing 4s3 more so then 07, its just summer atm so game will have a peak for a bit and then die off even more

 

Are the staking FC's still gone or have they found a way back

These are always the dumbest threads. They've been made since at least 10 years ago. People always say the game is dying. It's a 15+ year old game. Of course it's going to have a peak and then dip off to a smaller amount of players. Ten years ago people were estimating it'd be 2 years until it was shut down. It never happened.

I quit for 5-6 years but never said or cared if it was "dying." Started osrs again a couple months ago and seems alive and well to me. Most of the people that say it's dying quit and say it's dying just because they quit.

 

It will never be the end!

 

rs3 is more pvm/skilling based imo.

 

07 has weekly updates that add new stuff to the game. RS3 is pretty much at an end where they can't add anything better, it's pretty much just try to max now.

 

Last time i saw someone stake on rs3 was ages ago

It has been the end of rs3 for a every long time, maybe realise of rsmobile might Being it back to life but i doubt it.

They ruined a such simple game to try and make more money.

 

Like anything else, it's all preference. RS3 is nowhere near 'dead' it's just been split with 07, RS3 usually has more players though in reality, and in my opinion 07 just gets boring too fast. Wild is full of people #BRAAAAAP and #smdBYE and other ignorant things of that nature, pking is nothing like it once was. Or it's people running all over the place back and forth shooting arrows only to come in and use AGS to completely destroy. I don't like the way pking is now, and RS is all about tick manipulation, but that's another subject. RS3 is not dead, and 07 is blah.

 

AND if I must say, the player base on RS3 is much nicer.
