I think the name matches it well I think its creative in a retard way but I will give it a 4/10 :]

 

Keep at it man, for a first that;s excellent. Dispite what these people above are saying lol. Do keep in mind what they say though, as it's the only way to get better.

For a first-timer, you're fooling around, getting used to different effects, and produced something. Good job.

Work on... making an actual image, with a "theme", like someone said above. Think of something, and make your image DESCRIBE that. When someone sees your image, they should think of the word, emotion, or whatever you had in mind when it was being created.
