Smoke screen they're going Josh Jackson all the way unless they trade for Porzingis. He refused to workout for them but so did Curry for GSW and he was still drafted.

Doubt it. There's a slight chance, but Jae Crowder is there, and if he doesn't get traded, then we have backup Jaylen Brown who we drafted 3rd overall last year (but he could be traded as well to allow us to get Jayson Tatum). Josh Jackson could possibly be picked because of his defense, and size, but the more reasonable pick is Jayson Tatum, or trading up for more assets to get Jonathan Isaac.

Yeah I saw that too. The Knicks are asking for way way too much in return though, so I find it hard to see that happening, but who knows the Knicks might be idiots as usual, I mean they are trying to trade a promising player in Kristaps for no reason when they could just build a team around him..

Just as I predicted. Expect to see a big trade as well soon that could possibly include Jae Crowder, so Jaylen Brown, and Jayson Tatum can have more minutes to develop in the league.

Yeah that's crazy. Never seen this coming even though I knew about the Thibadeau connection. If they can get a good pass first point guard, then this could work out really well for them. Only time will tell for now.

Butler to the Timberwolves..... God damnit. I'm kind of at a loss right now for who the Cavs can target hard. I was big on Butler or George.

 

The Bulls fucked themselves on that trade. They could've got more for him. Especially having 2 years of contract left.

 

If Kris Dunn lives up to the hype and if Zach comes back healthy it actually will turn out to be a good trade for the Bulls in my opinion.

 

Griffin just opted out of his contract with the Clippers. I wonder where he will go.

Phoenix should make a play at Blake I think he would fit in well there to be honest.

 

Yeah, I have a feeling he will stay at LA. Paul may or may not stay, SA looks like a good offer for him, just a little less money.

 

Chris Paul has more money then he knows what to do with. At that point he may as well go for a ring.

 

Honestly as soon as I saw this trade while watching the draft I thought to myself "CHICAGO IS DUMB AS FUCK...", but then I took more time to think about it. Jimmy Butler is 27 years old, and yeah that's young, but Chicago needs to restart because I doubt they will be able to build enough assets around Jimmy Butler in the next few years to contend for a title; meaning that they would just be wasting time being mediocre every season. Jimmy Butlers trade value was so high at the end of the season that they probably weren't going to get as much next year for him. Zach LaVine had an injury, but he's a very good scorer, and I think he'll be able to add more excitement, especially with his athleticism. Kris Dunn was a rookie last year, so he's very young, and this trade, and new home could give him more motivation to prove he's worthy to be in this league. That 7th pick wasn't bad either, so I see a bright future for them if they just completely restart, and build around the young assets that they currently have.

As for Cleveland @BartonsVodka they still have a chance at PG24. Obviously if they can't get him it'll suck, but I think they'll be fine with Love if they get a better SG, so JR can come off the bench, and add more depth to their bench in general. They need another guard (Deron Williams needs to go), wing (to backup LeBron because he can't play 40+ minutes a game), and another bruiser/big time rebounder player as well because we already have Channing Frye as a stretch four/five off the bench.

 

I think this move could be either to clear cap space to land another big free agent, or it could be the end of Lob City. I think the best fits for CP3 are the spurs, or staying put at LA with the Clippers. For Blake, I think he could end up in Boston, or OKC as those are the best fits for his play style. The fucked up part about all of this is that CP3, and Blake Griffin forced DeAndre Jordan to leave the Mavs after signing with them last year, so if they left that would be such a dick move.
