Scam framing from @Seraphic

So to begin with, there was a discussion as seen here - How would I go about reporting a fake scam? @Seraphic wanted to help/buy the domain of my friends website for some strange reason.

Now, he is claiming I attempted to "scam him of $60" when there was no mention of money anywhere on my behalf from him or any other source unless it was kept in private which seems it wasn't.

He also claims I didn't speak in our chat, yes that's because there was nothing really for me to discuss as it was between the owner (Kyle) and the possible helper/purchaser (Seraphic)

As you can see by the gyazo links below, i have no interest in speaking to Sera or wanting to talk to him anytime soon, if anything he should be dealt with appropriately as he is a fake.

I contacted @Wortel a while back concerning about this because he kept asking me private/sensitive information like he was trying to become my best friend or something.

Powerbot dispute is closed due to him not having any evidence like he is insinuating.

I would at least like to see him twc if banned for trying to frame me for something that wasn't at all true. As you can see I have had no word in the dispute as it was all done via Sera and Kyle. He made a fake dispute months after blocking Kyle to try gain something he knew he wasn't owed.

 

Sigh, I never knew that trying to get someone banned for nothing was something that cannot be looked into.

I understand staff having other responsibilities but this is taking the piss.

We do not ban or twc because of faulty scam reports, especially those made offsite. Countless scam reports have been closed with no fault given so we're not going to just ban people for making a report that is not acted on

 

how is that even possible? You can quite clearly see he tried to frame me for something that wasn't true.

Last time I checked that's still able to fall under scam attempts which is twc/ban related.

 

It's not clear he was attempting to frame you, it seems like there was just a misunderstanding/miscommunication. Clearly the report went nowhere anyway
