And to answer your question, I'm not sure if it should be legal. As you said people don't really get addicted. Although, Salvia is being smoked to induce hallucinations, the diversity of which are described by its users to be similar to those induced by ketamine, mescaline, or psilocybin.

 

except that it lasts a fraction of the time, and ketamine/mescaline(san pedro cacti are awesome) and psilocybin(i have a culture of cubies in my room ) doesnt have the incapacitating effects that salvia does, so there is more chance that you will do something stupid on them.

Man what kind of shops do they sell this in? I live in the State of New Mexico in the U.S. >.< lol i was watching people on youtube do this stuff and wow that looks like such an intense trip that i wanna experience it at least once .

It should stay legal, it incapacitates you to a point where the most steps i've seen taken from the people in vids is like 10 lol it's crazy, and looks fun.

I heard of this herb before... but I think its not active from where I live in. But I have heard some stories about this one from my distant cousin. He buys a couple of 5x bottles at this Salvia Divinorum online store and uses them whenever he can. He says its really cool... makes me wonder if I should buy and try it. But then... I don't want to end up in jail though

Yes, I've seen videos of people on this drug and it is very intense. It's illegal in some states though, they made it illegal like a year ago in Florida.

I myself am not interested in hallucinating because I'm more into feeling good like Marijuana makes me feel good and happy. Feeling happy and good is better than hallucination in my opinion.

 

i know people who have done it, and for banning it in the US. I think its just like pot getting legalized there will allways be talk but nothing will truly ever happen

 

I think you should keep it legal. In the local coffeeshop, they also sell salvia. There are no claims of people doing crazy shit around here.
