Explanation of the trade: Had a business agreement with him, didn't work out as I wanted, I broke the partnership so I wanted my $100 refunded, in the business agreement he stated that if we would split our paths, he would make sure i'd receive my $100 within 24 hours. This isn't the case.

How they scammed: Refunded $99 but haven't received it within 24 hours. He's saying that it's on paypal's side, I couldn't care less about the trouble he's having with paypal. He states that it takes a longer time to transfer funds from your bank to another paypal email, which is a lie. My transactions are always directly through my bank and they are instant. Not that I care that much but he also sent me $99 back instead of $100, this is most likely because of the paypal fee, but we agreed on $100.
Basically didn't refund me in time and still haven't received my refund.

before this argument this time he deleted all my vouches, I completed many jobs for him I still have quotes of them hes being petty for no reason.

Quit the BS, I haven't received a penny back from you yet. The deal was 24 hours, not longer. Don't care that you didn't have funds ready to pay me back. Why would you transfer the $100 to your bank in the first place?

 

If limited paypal holds your funds for 180 days, I don't spend the money sent I just withdrew. If you would of waited like the agreement instead of saying "i'm not waiting" I would of had time to go figure a different solution

 

Where does it say I have to wait longer than 24 hours to receive a payment? Seems like you're making things up now.

Haha, you caught yourself off-guard there. Says pending on your bank account aswell, you sure you have enough funds?

 

@SlovakianGoldSales Can you provide proof of funds in your bank account?
Also; if user 1 doesn't have funds in their paypal when they send to user 2 it takes it from their bank which will take 3-5 days (depending on the card/bank)

@Whale Seller I've seen the proof that Slovakian does indeed have funds in his bank - So you will get your funds but it will take 3-5 days since its coming from his bank.

The only thing is you did provide a contract saying he will RECEIVE his money within 24 hours, stated here: Gyazo - 028e766c25a7edb2f85dcfd220e92d94.png which we can't just ignore.

So you'll need to work something out with him for some kind of compensation due to breaking the contract.

 

I have no issue in doing so, I just did not want to resend out $100 as I had no way to cancel, I will be more clear with my words next time.
we're also on the other side of the world from each other, but I will hit him up first thing in the morning for me that should be afternoon for him.

 

Agreed on an additional 25% ontop of the $100 paid in OSRS GP, so 25M OSRS.
