This guy handles reports amazingly and always actually explains his reasoning on the verdict unlike every other staff. Keep it up!

 

Mate read a few of ur posts and got to say ur wording is legendary... always well thought and reasoned well on the scammers section

@Tmoe can you please review malakadang's activity. Since may 23, he's had 4 posts. And of his activity this week, they've just been posting on a discussion thread unrelated to staff duties

 

yea but if he wasn't here for complicated cases we would never have any verdict, half of the staff team is unable to handle cases that aren't simply banning a ban evader

 

He hardly chimes in on the complicated cases, at least publicly

 

honestly who gives a fk its better to have him on staff then have him not on staff. at the end of the day it does not matter whatsoever other than he can show his views on certain cases like he usually does

 

Staff lacking a certain amount of activity is a problem that needs to be addressed. I mainly stepped down because I knew I would not be active enough to keep a position that represents community leadership for the foreseeable future.

@malakadang is an outstanding staff member who obviously has a lot of commitments outside of Sythe so stepping down until he can become more active isn't necessarily a horrid idea. If more staff had the attitude of "what's the con of me not being active and chiming in once in a blue moon" it would decrease overall staff morale and activity. Everyone on the team should be holding his or her own.

 

Yes, except malakadang is probably better at decision making then the entire staff team put together. He's an actual asset to the staff team, basically every other mod (not admins) could be replaced by literally anyone.

Much better having on the staff team and be inactive then not be on it at all

 

Putting one person above basic standards usually does not go too well: creating rifts and favoritism.
