Why does every idiot think that homosexuality is unatural?

    IT IS NATURAL

The reason so is because a homosexual person didnt wake up one morning and say:"Hey, im going to become gay today!". No. They liked the same sex since birth, they are lost souls put in the wrong bodies, and they shouldnt be judged for it. They also shouldnt be judged for changing they're sex if the time calls for it, because any insignificant bastard can come up to a "Lesser Being" and tell it that it doesnt belong, or shouldnt belive what is natural in them. Most of the suicides in america are young teens that were homosexual and were harrased by ignorant asswipe dickfaces like 80% of the people on this fucking thread.

AND BEFORE SOME DUMBASS COME OUT FROM THE SLUMS AND HAS THE BALLS TO TELL ME IM GAY, IM NOT. I'M JUST EXPRESSING MY FEELINGS TORWARD THE GAYS AND THE RETARDS WHO HATE THEM.

    To put is simple:

Homosexuality is natural and any bitch that thinks otherwise doesnt have the right to live.

    Homosexual rights

I think gay rights will erupt like womans rights did.

I wake up one day and im dead set against gay rights, and the next im for it.

    My two sides:

    Vs gay rights:
    -Its fucked up
-I dont want a bunch of gay kids running around in 10 years
-waddafxup? Penis and Penis... dont mix...

    For gay rights:
    - Its a free country so you can do whatever the hell you want
    - As long as i dont get anal'd, Why should i care?

I personally belieive gays should have just as many rights as hetrosexual's as they have not chosen t be gay so why should they suffer for it? religion may not be acceptant of it but atheist people are acceptant of religons while they may not believe they are correct why cant religion and people who are agaisnt gays do the same?

Let me ask you this, do you think god would like you to kill all gay people or accept them and let him handle them?

Tell me, on what authority do you deny them the freedom to marry? Keep in mind that you need a valid secular reason.

    Homosexual rights

irst, the government has always been involved in moral affairs. It is against the law to: kill yourself, not wear a seat belt, to drive while intoxicated, to mistreat children, to mistreat pets, etc... Humans are moral beings and their actions are almost always moral (I can't think nor have studied of an action that isn't). It is nigh impossible not to have laws that reflect some sort of moral judgments. Eating a cupcake is in a sense a moral choice since most of the time it is viewed as a good thing to eat it (even if it is a bad thing, this is still a moral choice; that being a judgment of the goodness or badness of human action and/or character). So the idea that the government should stay out of moral affairs is very shortsighted.
Second, marriage is originally a 'religious' institution and as such exists between a woman and a man (only) for the purposes of reflecting God's love of His people. God's love for His people is eternal, reflected in the permanence of marriage. God's love is life-giving reflected in the creation of children. God's love is intensely pleasurable and sacrificial, reflected in the pleasure of sexual intercourse and excitation of the other/meeting the needs of the other, respectively. God's love is complete, reflected in the counterbalancing of a man's and woman's being (emotional, spiritual, physical, intellectual) which were created for each other. Homosexual intercourse can give pleasure, it can be sacrificial, it can be permanent (until death), but it fails in the completeness by leaving out one sex and it fails in the procreation of children and partially abuses the sexual intention for the reproductive organs.
Why not abortion? Why not euthanasia? Why not slavery? Why not child labor?...because they all degrade the human dignity as does homosexual sexual intercourse (whether it is slight, meaning with all the above, save procreation and completeness, or deprived of every reflection of God's love, such as rape (which also includes heterosexual sexual intercourse (and yes, "---sexual sexual intercourse", meaning people of a certain sex (---sexual) engaging with each other (intercourse) in sexual acts (sexual)))
Third, there is absolutely nothing wrong with two individuals of the same sex loving one another and expressing that love, except sexually. People always get upset saying that there is nothing wrong with people loving each other. That is absolutely right, but sexual intercourse outside of its intent is an abuse (including heterosexual actions).
So, homosexual marriages can't exist. Homosexual unions are what people should be arguing over, but the problem there is in the state's (the civil 'marriage') definition of rights afforded to the parties. Push for homosexual unions (whose sexual acts will still be wrong), not marriage.
Is this hateful? Not in the least. Some may take it as such, but that is not my intent. All persons' human dignities are to be respected and honored no matter what their choices, but their choices do not need to be liked or condoned in any fashion (and I'm sure there will be many who exercise this idea in replies).

Firstly, straight parents don't always raise gay children. If old people don't get married then there are just going to be a male old person and a female one. They still aren't going to make babies if they aren't together, so why not them get married if it won't make a difference. (DUH?). There are successful people who only had 1 parent growing up (theres 6.5 billion people how could there not be?!) Wow a lot of your statements were wrong. And if gay rights are allowed then yeah there will be more gay people, but if they aren't then there still will be and always will be.

To my knowledge, there is nothing in the United States Constitution that grants them the power to interfere in moral affairs.

These aren't moral issues, they're actual concerns that have to do with your life and the lives of others.

Children and pets can feel pain. As we do not wish for pain, so should we not inflict pain upon them.

That logic would involve the government in every single decision a person makes.

You act as if there were only one religion that invented marriage, when pretty much every single culture has had it, be it a religious, cultural, or legal institution.

You're assuming that God exists, when in reality, there is no evidence to support his existence.

You seem to be completely ignoring the separation of Church and State.

First, stick to the subject. Second, it does not degrade the human dignity. That is just an opinion you are throwing out as fact.

There is no "intent" behind sex. It's a biological process that creates children. How people want to use it is their own business, and self-righteous "moral" people like you don't actually get a say in what people do with themselves.

Same-sex marriage won't affect you. Whether they want to, in your eyes, degrade their dignity or not, that is completely up to them, but you have absolutely NO say in it WHATSOEVER.

Well, there are hundreds of sects of Christianity, and thousands of religions in the world. Most claim to be the right one, and that the others are invalid. Now, you don't really have any evidence/logic to prove that your particular religion is superior to every single other one.

Also, the U.S. was founded on the principle of freedom of religion. Do you think that everybody should be converted to your religion?

yes your right there are millions or religions/idealisms that all claim to be the right one, but don't u also claim that atheism is the right one??
While i believe in evangalisation i do not believe that everyone should be one religion because no one power could control the world and in a system that big there would be so much corruption (i am catholic, and when catholicism was one of the only religions and most of the world was catholic they're were obviously lots of problems because its hard/impossible to stop errors in a belief that widespread)

If you look enough many forms of religion do infact relate to christianity. The major ones that do defy it though would be buddism, and of course, athiesm. I am mostly pointing this out to show that it does relate.

Yes, I do. Yet, it's a step in a different direction. It's rather different to religion, since, in effect, it's saying that all religions were completely wrong, explaining WHY they're wrong, and how.

All religions do not walk hand and hand, but most religions are similar in many ways, but are different because the way people understand them. So When people take in the information from the world and their "GOD" they take it as something different then the next. MAking thousands of religions...

And regardless shredder no matter what you will never prove there is no "GOD", And religions will never prove there is a "GOD". SO how different are these.

You're right, I'll never prove there is no God. Hang on, I can't disprove the existence of Santa Claus, either! Or the smurfs! Or Russell's teapot!
