OK guide i guess. Not that good but just ok.

 

I would suggest you to train str first, on monks, because you won't hit often, which gives the monks time to heal, and you'll still get good exp.

 

ok not that great... i dont think becuse like anyone whos making a pure on rs should no this but umm 5/10..

I just train at cows by crafting guild and then at monks

 

Its not too bad, atleast I learnt that monks where a good place to train from the first few posts. I used to train on warriors at Al Kharid palace and use salmon as food.

 

eh.. its ok...

 

=/ I have a new str/atk f2p....It takes longer than that..I have 30 atk , 34 str now..But no way you can do it in 4 hours or less. (40 atk, 40 str - Sounds easy..but really isnt)

 

i guess its ok. but there are easier ways.
