Possible to unban perm-banned acc?

So, basically I got my account banned a while back permanently for apparently buying gold in real life. Whatever. Anyways. It was my main that I put a good deal of time into over the years, and I would like to get it back. Is it possible to unban the account in this state?

yes it can, go to my thread and add my msn i can do it for you=) i also have proof of unbanning my account

Still hoping to get this unbanned. Anyone else think they can? I haven't used any appeals yet. I'm looking for someone trusted who knows what they're doing. I can pay around 2M for it.
