thats bad ass, i dont like the left part of it though its too boring ide add some blood red text and alot larger, the text is bad but other then that its good

 

I know the text is bad but I'm limited on brushes and fonts because I've got a really old computer right now

Yeah you over did it with the wave filter, to me the whole sig looks like all you did was use wave. The left side is very plain. I like the way you tried to make it a little bit smoky in the sig but it was poorly done. The smoke around the text looks like a better attempt that around the whole sig but still poorly done.

 

i like it. too bad its not out for the PC yet. if it is i havent seen it!!! >_<

ADDED: Oh, assassin's creed, yeah I don't think it will come out for the PC... it will definately not be a good game if there aren't state-of-the-art graphics that 360's and PS3's have

I like it too. It's great.

I like how your font actually goes with the background, and it's not too bad, honestly. You could've picked a better font. The smoke goes with the wavy background, and it's nice how you made the image come out of the screen.
Eh, try using different colours. It was a nice blend though.

I like everything apart from the lefthand :S It's just to urr... "Fakish/graphic'ish" ?

 

The subject is on the right; you made the left side distracting.

Also, try and make the subject ("render", as it's often known by people on this board) stand out more. Since he's created with lighter colors, try and make a background that differs so he sticks out.

And as you've mentioned, you need to change the font.

On the right side, you need to work a little with the smoke- Try and make it more wispy (maybe feather some of that stuff out).

Overall, it's a nice siggy; it could just use a little more work.

Great advice, thanks! I didn't think about using the feather tool! also I had to finish quickly because once I save it, I can't edit the individual layers anymore and I had to leave so I couldn't use color balance or nothin to equalize it all out

I'm gonna try again for a better lookin one with the same pop out effect... I've found out that I can download some fonts as long as they aren't a certon format so I will try that.

Can I have some suggestions of text that would fit the wavey background and render smoke? give me a link and I will see if I like it. My only problem is impatience. I don't have too much of that so I can't do the painstakin handdrawn/rendering that some can do but hopefully I can get better and be able to tolerate it better :]
