Question bout paypal and e-gold

Do you need any bank account or cc to use them? Like, if you buy something off ebay. And stuff.

Yes, to be verified and to actually 'pay' for the item you won, the money has to come from somewhere.

They take it out of your bank account and transfer it over to their system, then the person recieves the money in their paypal and transfer's it over to their bank account.

 

Of course, how do you expect to pay for a item without a bank account...

 

You can't use a bank account on e-Gold only on PP, which you can then x-fer from PP to e-Gold once you're verified.

PayPal is not good to use while selling gold, but look at egold...

If you want to buy something off ebay use paypal, if you do not want to use your bank acoount you can always use a creditcard.
