Looking to make an account like this would wonder how much it would roughly be worth and if the money invested is worth it also.

Just some questions I have
- Would the account worth increase enough to make it worth it having a low prayer firecape if I was to pay for one? (it would roughly cost around 50-60m)
- Similar to the above, would paying the gp for the planks to make an ornate rejuvenation pool increase the value enough to make it worth it? (roughly 38m)

 

I'd say that account value is about $200-300, if not more considering it's a 1 def pure, and has everything built to get straight into PKing. To answer your side questions, I think it's not worth buying the fire cape. Sure it may add more value, but ultimately you're losing money by spending the money to get it if you know what I mean. Same goes for the other question, but hey that's my opinion.

 

Id say the account is 150m-250m because of slayer cons hp and range/mage and if u get f cape thats better 50-80m more
