    I said only 1 word when i played, and it was "noob".
    Then i logged out and back in and it was banned.

    Well, looks like, for Jagex, it is. I once had an account with lots of I's, 1's and l's and it got banned for "offensive language" on the first day, though I had never said a word on the account.
