I'll be reporting three individuals:

Young_Sinatra
Removed
Sumpin

So basically I'll sum it up. Ultimately, I was the person who got @Nurvael banned with an extensive private report.

This is the bounty thread that was placed on Nurvael:
$61 Bounty on @Nurvael

Anyway, before I started researching, I already had asked Video if I would be able to collect the bounty, to which he replied there shouldn't be a reason why I shouldn't be able to. Two hours later I got Nurvael banned.

Anyway, the bounty was explicitly only for a permanent ban to which these 3 individuals asked for a 1 month grace period to see if the ban would get reversed or not. I gave them a month.

Anyway fast-forward a month I had Soul approach them to collect the $61 on my behalf as I couldn't PM them (was DNT). They blatantly ignored him and Young Sinatra said that the money would go towards community repayment, which is not going to happen. Ultimately there was another individual who had reported Nurvael on the same day that I did and the staff told me that the $61 bounty would be split between us two. The other individual stated that he wanted his half to go towards community repayment. I asked to see the other individuals report and once I saw it, we both noticed that his report was completely inaccurate and ultimately had no impact on Nurvaels ban. I was then reassured I would get the full bounty of $61.

It's been multiple months and I've still yet to receive the $61. I am making this report not because I am thirsty for the money but when someone says something, I expect them to follow through.

Disclaimer: Even though it is currently against the rules to place a bounty thread, I brought this up with Chloe, and since this occured multiple months before, they are still expected to pay out.

@Tmoe I have no outstanding debts/scam reports so you saying that there will be an investigation to see if it were to go to community repayment is horseshit. You're only saying that out of the personal feud you have with me, which I have countless tried to make amends and let bygones be bygones. Not to mention beforehand (When I was DNT) I was already given the "Ok".

To clarify, holy cherries did PM me asking for me to meet him in-game I just forgot to respond until his name was brought back up to me. Sumpin originally stated he was going to pay in PMs but then proceeded to ignore the rest of the messages. Sinatra stated in discord multiple times that he would not send the payment to myself nor elite.

 

just going to confirm that you are the one who provided the evidence that got nurvael banned.

Will update this thread once i have confirmation.

If i get confirmation elite gave the evidence to get nurvael banned @Young_Sinatra @holy cherrys (i know jason said you were willing to pay) @Sumpin you are all expected to pay elite dust or @Jason since elite said he can collect on behalf of him.

I didn't say it was an investigation; rather, it was a staff conversation on whether banned members should receive funds from bounties. I was approached about it and while I don't trust you, I don't have some personal feud with you or anyone on Sythe. Takes way too much energy and I don't care nearly enough about the interwebs for such petty behavior.

Also, I am not sure where these amends have come from because the last conversation you started with me opening line was something along the lines of: "you're a cunt" and before that we had not been in contact in some time. Only other instance of contact I can think of is when you were banned from Spacestation by myself after I was told that's what I should do as you were portraying yourself to be great friends with Scotty and Sonia prior to Sonia coming into spacestation and exclaiming that is not true.

At this point I am incessantly repeating myself but here: I do not have some personal vendetta against you. I have purposefully distanced myself from anything involving you as you requested me to. That does not equivocate to me not sharing my opinion, but I am in no way directly handling cases involving you.

Anyway, on topic:
Frankly, I thought this was already settled as we settled on it in sl a while back. Whoever owes whoever money for bounties, pay it.
