Looking for IRC coder

Looking for someone who can make a IRC bot that can keep track of every bet made in the IRC.

Ultimately we are looking for a bot that can keep track of:

1. Each individual bets
2. Win/losses (profit/loss)
3. Command that will keep track of weekly top bettors

Payment can be negotiated and I don't mind going first if you're trusted or have vouches that can back up your reputation.

Can pay in crypto (BTC/ETH) or GP (RS3/07)
