Scammer RSPS Guzz

rsps guzz is a scammer and a ban evader, in which I can provide proof here for charging back after I've sold him some Elkoy GP (3B) for 20$ Paypal.

AFTER around 2-3 hours he decides to try and pull a scam on me saying I reported him "Because he turned 3B into 20B, which resulted in me being jealous and mad" - as he said:
