i just got ip grabbed from an in-game admin on os scape

i recently got ipgrabbed from an administrator on os scape, i think theres a way of getting ips thru private messages. just letting u guys know

 

No, theres a command on OS-Scape. You just type ::getip and they can grab your IP that way.

 

Pretty sure it was ::Ru , think it stands for relative users, when you do that it opens a window with all users on that IP/MAC, also + the users IP/MAC, pretty sure that's how he got your IP.

 

i got ip grabbed on sythe, the proof that was provided was that my sythe ip was the same as my os sacpe ingame ip

 

What did he end up doing with your ip?

 

Most private servers i've played allowed admins to see user's ips.

 

They can see your ip in their source files. Most rsps admins also have ::getip ::ipban ::macban etc from what I've heard.

 

Your skype is in your signature so i'm guessing that's probably how he got it lol?

 

But did you get DDoS'd though?
