    Hey everyone here lending out my hand in some advice in helping you get your dream body haha but really im here if anyone needs any tips or advice on meal prepping, gym apparel, workout routines or if you need any help with cutting/ or bulking i can help. Also feel free to post your before and after progress pictures or just your current state. :)

    It's from when I first made this post I need to update it with a new pic maybe after I hit the gym tomorrow I leaned down quite a bit from all the running I had to do.

    I think the most important thing for body building is before and after supplements, its possible to just meathead without them but the results will be minimal.

    Most important thing definitely is not supplements.
    IMO its consistency and eating right. If you dont get enough protein in your normal food then ofc u need to supplement with protein powder etc. But every other supplement is close to useless excluding maybe creatine but its very niche imo.
