"Plazna82" Scammed Me , (I need help)

Hey Staff team, I've recently been scammed by the user "Plazna82".

What was the original transaction: I had posted a thread in saying that I would like to buy 2M Os-Scape Bloodmoney in exchange for 19M Old School Runescape money. We Both had agreed to this on skype.
He had told me on Skype where I should meet him/her on Runescape and which account to trade. I did all of that. Now it was his/her turn to give me the 2M Bloodmoney on Os-Scape.

When the transaction went wrong: He/she told me on Skype where I should meet him on Os-Scape, and we both agreed on a location and I was waiting there for him/her. time went past, and he/she did not show up. I checked my Skype to find out he actually blocked me on there!

What I also ask from the staff team: I ask the staff team if I can be helped with at least somewhat on a refund if this is possible. If it isn't possible i'd like to suggest how we can go about it; Since he/she did scam me i'd like to ask either staff member to aid me in getting either my payment (2M bloodmoney for Os-Scape OR 19M Old School Runescape currency) by either threatening him/her that his/her account (Sythe Account) will be banned and in order to not be banned is to refund or either complete the transaction he scammed from me.

Could you post a picture to where you got the skype "live: plazna07" perhaps a pm or his thread?

He/She personal messaged me on "Sythe" and asked for my skype. He doesn't give me his/her skype but you can pay attention to the time and day of the personal message aswell as the skype friend request!
