Hello,

I am reporting extremely slow service and neglect for the order that I had paid for. I believe the neglect is due to laziness, trying to game the system, or irl issues that I have no control over (which should not affect me). I am requesting either a refund or significantly expedited completion of service for compensation.

Service to be done: 74-91 Thieving for 50M to be paid in 2 increments (25M already paid, 25M to be paid later once halfway point is reached)

This effectively means he has only played 1 hour in the past week.

While it is true that he has a ToS which states that I cannot cancel service once it is started, it does not excuse him from playing literally 1 hour in a week. At this rate, it would take approximately 6 months to complete this service.

He states, "Basically i do not set time frame, but all progress will be seen on my website." This, of course, relieves all pressure from him to complete the order in a reasonable amount of time. A projected 6 months is not reasonable.

While possibly outside the scope of this report, I believe he has created this external website in order to dodge Sythe rules because the official dealings and PM confirmations were made there instead. Not sure if his rules override Sythe rules or not.

It is interesting to note that on his personal website, other orders are receiving substantial progress relative to mine despite being started later, which demonstrates that he is indeed actively ignoring my order.

All other chat logs can be acquired from him, as a lot of communication was also done via Live Chat on his website.

It is unethical and wrong to continually accept new orders when you have old in-progress ones still waiting. I do not know the exact reasons for the delay, but they are likely unjustified.

This is not the first time people are having long delays using your service. You will have to refund him for xp that wasn't trained.
