Explanation of the trade: This is the 2nd time I purchase gold of this guy and get banned literally 10-15 minutes after the trade. I ignored the first time didn't want to create a fuss about $30 but this time it's really annoying and I won't let go of it.
How they scammed: He got me banned twice in a row in less than 10-15 minutes after the trade.

This guy is fishy as hell he never runs out of stock and I have been told before and heard about him selling almost daily 10-20b and customers getting banned right after the trade, he even mentions it in his post here Gyazo - e1ff34bbe53631dcbeb6efeccd528ea0.png and notice how he sells on a daily basis without ANY TOS. Been told he's staff but I have no proof I just have proof that I got banned right after the trade I went afk for dinner came back to me banned. How did I get banned and UIPed from the server and he still has stock? He never stopped selling 10-20b on a daily basis but I got wiped twice and IPed while hes still here selling while being a "known rwter" as Loco Staff commented. I want a refund from this guy for my failed trades with him and I want him banned, Sythe doesn't need any fake "Sellers" like him, thank you.

he been selling ever since daily and he claims on lighters skype conversation that he just got wiped and banned which is not possible since showing on the other skype he still claims to have stock.

You got caught RWTing and you get banned, I also got punished - there isn't some sort of veil that prevents you from getting caught if you trade via Sythe. You getting caught on a server that has good RWT detection is out of my control - and @Dankunas you and your friend threatened to DDoS me if I didn't pay your ransom of 5B loco.


You 2 are the only people who have complained and you've tried to blackmail me out of money.

Lighters contacted me on an alternate Skype account and I gave him the same response - I'm not selling any gold until this situation blows over and I'd take a pre order for when I next get gold. I also gave him a recommendation of someone who is selling loco gold and he ignored it and tried to fish false evidence from me.

Your case has 0 evidence and you're just upset that you got caught RWTing.

All of my case is backed up with screenshots = evidence, unlike yours which clearly is lacking any back up with a single evidence of your "claims" and you have no terms of services (TOS), you have to include it in your post if you are SELLING gold or else you will have to refund them. Seen a lot of similar cases. + You did NOT say you will "Sell me when you have stock next" instead you clearly said "I'm not looking to sell little amounts ATM as people are reporting getting banned/wiped, none atm until the situation has blown over, I can save some for you though probably be around 3B min sale" your very own screenshot even says that.. I don't know what are you trying to do here but I will leave it to staff to deal with it, peace.

If there no way you can prove to me that this person is a staff member then there is not much i can do. From what i see right now it seems like you two guys just had bad luck. He seems to have more trades that went well.

He is a known rwt'er which adds more risk to his trade.

@LittleLocoLittleWaky You should in fact mention the extra risk when buying gold from you as you are now notorious for selling gold.

I didn't give lighters a warning as I could tell from his profile that he was experienced in RSPS trading and knew that a punishment was possible.

Lighters is acting like he's the only person who lost out and thinks blaming someone else will solve his issue.

I told him he doesn't have to buy from me in the future if he suspects that I'm a staff member however he is the ONLY person who has complained in the 50+ trades that I have done.

 

Yeah you should really let everyone know. Like @LightersGold suggested you should really consider making a TOS form to avoid further issues like this.

If @LittleLocoLittleWaky failed to Inform you of the elevated risks when it comes to RWTing in Private servers then he is responsible for the money lost.

I will give him a DNT unless he can prove he warned you of the risks. If he fails to prove so he will have to refund you.

 

Thank you, if you would like I can PM you the entire conversation between me and him I have the screenshots ready which shows he never warned me of any risks only AFTER I contacted him about my ban & refund and told him that he will hear from me on Report A Scammer, which ideally does not count/has no value since the trade was already done and handled and he would've not mentioned it if I did not confront him about my ban & refund.

 

Why should I warn someone about trading gold when their BUSINESS is trading gold? If I go and buy 2 kilograms of cocaine from a drug dealer and I get caught, is it the drug dealer liability to pay me back the money I paid? I lost out as well- I have no intention of paying him back, I give everyone who isn't experienced a warning as I shown above - he owns his own business and doesn't need warning.

I'll rather get banned than pay him back with his false evidence and propaganda.



@veng can you solve this please, either by banning me or acknowledging that someone that owns a rsps trading business understands the risks, and even includes the risks in his own T.o.S. He doesn't need reminding - as I shown above I clearly state to EVERY new buyer the risks involved when trading RSPS gold unless they own a store and are aware of the risks.
