    After a long conversation it seems it was just a misunderstanding and an error

    I tested it out myself to make this decision.

    The Skype id which was written in the code was live:hsurabs-gold/ which doesn't actually exist. However, when clicking it the link will make it seem like it does exist because for some reason you're able to send a non existent Skype id a request.
