Firecaping, legit firecaper (picture inside)

I want to do firecaping because i need some money and i am good firecaper.
i wanna make skills 99 everywhere and that will take alot of money meaning rc 99 and that is alot. That will take alot of money for me. I know kabal is really good and crazy firecaper. I classify him as the best firecaper known in sythe history. yes its true but, he charges 8m now for each cape. thats alot, i just want to cape so i can get cash and i will give some low prices until i put it higher. so be the first customer =p.

i will cape for the following:

Account Types

Mains
Tank Rangers
Rune pures

For all theses account types, i need the following:

STATS

43 prayer+ (higher prayer would be an advantage)
70 range+ (i can still do it with 60 but its hard)
40 defence+ (higher defence advantage)

I Supply everything except Bolt racks or crystal bows that is worth 1.5m. But If you want me to supply the bolt racks the price will be increased by 1.5M
