Bypassing OS-Scape ban?

okay, so my brother was using my computer to play os-scape, i remember him telling me he got banned with $400 worth of gold, i've never really had interest in Private servers since ikov, but getting pretty bored while afking on rs, so tried to make an Os-Scape account, turns out my Computer is banned from it, i've tried changing my ip, i changed my mac address too, still banned :/

is there any way to bypass it?

common sense... HWID ban = spoof HWID or use a VM or replace your MOBO
